We endeavour to deliver in 3-14 working days. (Customised products take 2-3 weeks.) This excludes weekends and Korea bank holidays.
Delivery fee will be charged. (Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout.)
ORDER
Cancellation is available depending on the status of the order.
Orders can be cancelled if the status is ‘Shipping Preparation in Progress’.
Orders cannot be cancelled if the status is ‘Preparing the Product’.

RETURNS POLICY
Please be aware that EXCHANGES & RETURNS Policy down below,
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All products must be exchanged and returned in their unused condition within 7 days of purchasing. Please check the product’s condition before use.
Products and Packaging damaged, worn or altered products or anything that our reasonably believes has been used before being returned will not be accepted.
You can cancel or exchange your order by contacting us at service@numberingseoul.com.
If a product is faulty, we are responsible for a replacement or a refund and we will pay all delivery charges.
If you change your mind about a product, we will issue an exchange or a refund but we are not responsible for return shipping. Return shipping must be prepaid.
Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned products.

WARRANTY

Please be aware that if we are unable to locate your order on our system, we regret to inform you that we cannot honour the warranty. The repair or replacement process may take 2-4 weeks, with the possibility of delays.
This warranty lasts for six (6) months from the date of original purchase of the product/s. Delivery fee will be charged. After the warranty period you should cover all caused costs.
This warranty does not cover adjustable rings and bangles, and any repairs required for these items may be subject to charges for materials and workmanship.
POINT/VOUCHER
Loyalty Point:
Loyalty Points earned through an order will be converted into usable points 14 days after the completion of delivery. (During the 14 days, they are classified as unused loyalty points).
The minimum amount for use is $5, and usable loyalty points can be used immediately when purchasing a product.
Loyalty points used in the event of an order cancellation or refund will be cancelled together.
If there is no usage for one (1) year from the date of final loyalty point accumulation, they will expire.
Voucher:
Customer who sign up to www.numberingseoul.com will be entitled to a $10 Voucher. This voucher is valid for 30 days after your account is created.
If you cancel the order, this voucher will be cancelled and the expiration date will be the same as when it’s created.
(This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion vouchers.)
Numberingseoul accept the following forms of payment:

Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.
- Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
General delivery period is 2-15 days(in business days) however, since every pieces from #Numbering are order made, delivery date might vary depending on producing process. Delivery fee will be different depending on the country and weight of the product.
- Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information so that you can monitor your package in transit.

- Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is recorded as delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please contact UPS within 2 weeks of placing your order to open a Lost Package Claim. Once you've reported your package as lost, please notify us at service@numberingseoul.com.
Exchange and Return
Everything from #Numbering are order made and it cannot be returned.
You have 7days to contact (service@numberigseoul.com) us about the exchange from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packing.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
The exchange process will start once the original package arrives to #Numbering, Seoul, Korea.
1. Requirements:
Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.
1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
-the ordered item is out of stock.
2) We accept return(s) if:
-you receive a product different from your order; or
-you receive a defective product.
**Return Instructions
(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.
*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.
*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.
* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
3) We do not accept return(s) if:
-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff
The following items are not considered defective:
* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production
4) If there is a missing item from your order:
*Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
